Order Processing

All Improv Mixers orders ship from California.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, often the same or next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping throughout the United States:

$5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50.
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Orders shipping to nearby destinations may arrive sooner, while orders traveling across the country may take longer.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the time your order ships and do not include order processing time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience if your shipment takes a little longer than expected.
