The People Behind Improv

I'm Alex, founder of Improv, and that's my wife Nikki and our four kids in the photo.

In our 20s, we loved a good cocktail and a good time. As we got older, we realized we still loved both, we just didn't love what came the next morning. With careers, responsibilities, and four kids, rough mornings got a lot more expensive.

We weren't looking to give up cocktails. We were looking for the "and." A great night and a productive morning.

We tried canned cocktails, but they were often loaded with sugar. We made cocktails from scratch, but that meant a cabinet full of ingredients and a sink full of dishes. We wanted something that tasted like a real cocktail without all the hassle or compromise.

So we made our own.
